7.1 Service Subcontractors

When a service is assigned to a subcontractor, that subcontractor will receive only the specific customer information necessary to perform the service (e.g., name, service address, and job details). Subcontractors with access to customer data are bound by confidentiality agreements. They do not have general access to our customer database.

Jotform – Quote request submissions are stored in Jotform's database
Our CRM – Customer and lead records are stored in our internally developed CRM, hosted on DigitalOcean's cloud infrastructure
Email – Communications are retained in business email accounts
Klaviyo – Email subscriber data is stored on Klaviyo's servers

We retain customer records for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to comply with legal obligations, and to support our business operations. We have maintained customer records since the business was established in 2020. If you would like to request deletion of your data, please see Section 10.

9. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and operational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. These include:

Confidentiality agreements with subcontractors who access customer data
Role-based access controls limiting employee and contractor access to necessary data only
