7.1 Service Subcontractors
When a service is assigned to a subcontractor, that subcontractor will receive only the specific customer information necessary to perform the service (e.g., name, service address, and job details). Subcontractors with access to customer data are bound by confidentiality agreements. They do not have general access to our customer database.
7.2 Technology and Platform Service Providers
We share data with the following third-party service providers as necessary to operate our business:

8. Data Storage and Retention
Customer and lead data is stored in the following locations:
- Jotform – Quote request submissions are stored in Jotform's database
- Our CRM – Customer and lead records are stored in our internally developed CRM, hosted on DigitalOcean's cloud infrastructure
- Email – Communications are retained in business email accounts
- Klaviyo – Email subscriber data is stored on Klaviyo's servers
We retain customer records for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to comply with legal obligations, and to support our business operations. We have maintained customer records since the business was established in 2020. If you would like to request deletion of your data, please see Section 10.
9. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and operational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. These include:
- Confidentiality agreements with subcontractors who access customer data
- Role-based access controls limiting employee and contractor access to necessary data only
- Use of established third-party platforms (Jotform, DigitalOcean, Klaviyo, Square) with their own security practices
No method of data transmission or storage is completely secure. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
